This is by far the funniest #*@! I have ever donw in my whole life. I live near a golf course that is right next to a street so this is easy. What you need is either an orange barrel that they use to block off the streets, or one of those, but skinnier and taller, like a cone, but ont pointed. Then, stand in the hiding spot and when a car comes, you stand up and just hurl the barrel or cone type thing in front of the car, I have had it roll over the car and go under it, that is when it drags and is funny. This makes them get so pissed off, everyne we have done it to stops and reverses. To add to the excitement, I had some friends come and while I did the barrel, they egged the car. You definately need a very good bustout route, because they get so pissed over this. We had cops and people we hit with floodlights and flashlights swarming my neighborhood and the golf course looking for us. Enjoy, this is a very fun prank.
