Los Angeles: Event touts 145-film lineup; 14 to vie for Golden Swan Norwegian actress-turned-director Liv Ullmann will receive the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award from the new Copenhagen Intl. Film Festival, which kicks off today with Danish director Jannik Johansen’s debut, "Stealing Rembrandt," at Copenhagen’s Imperial Theater.
