Rap: 2Pac, Better Dayz ( * * * out of four) Six albums into the slain rapper’s posthumous career (he also released four albums before being murdered in 1996), it’s amazing there is still quality material left to fill a double CD. Culled from recordings 2Pac made in the last two years of his life, this album seems to rely more heavily on guest stars than previous efforts, and disses of the Notorious B.I.G. and The Fugees seem dated. Still, such songs as the haunting Thugz Mansion demonstrate why his voice has not yet been silenced. ...
