DEAD men can’t sue, so John Kennedy won’t be taking Vanity Fair to court over the suggestion that he was the bastard son of Gianni Agnelli. The May issue has a piece by Judy Bachrach on the incredible life of the Fiat chairman, who died in January at 81. In 1962, Agnelli took Jacqueline Kennedy sailing, and the two were caught canoodling by paparazzi. President Jack Kennedy sent an angry telegram stating: "More Caroline, Less Agnelli." Bachrach writes: "And Kennedy’s son John, it was whispered in malevolent circles, looked a lot more like Gianni than Jack. ...
