TV Reviews: Mirroring the complexity of its flagship "The Shield," FX’s made-for "Meltdown" illustrates a world where the bad guys ain’t all bad and the good guys aren’t necessarily doing the right thing. Tale of a terrorist attack at a nuclear power plant is suspenseful, but most of the drama is psychological and not the slam-bang actioner the advertising campaign indicates.
