Film News: Makeup, creature f/x maven Winston to produce pic with Gilbert -- Warner Bros. has "Harry Potter." Miramax has "Artemis Fowl," and now Fox has "Courtney Crumrin." Regency Enterprises and Fox 2000 Pictures have optioned Ted Naifeh’s "Courtney Crumrin" series of comicbooks to develop as a potential fantasy franchise.
