Variety - Good-natured rousing take on already campy subject-matter, "Queens" cartwheels the pompomed gymnastics of "Bring It On" onto the field of gay sports films made popular in Thailand by "Iron Ladies" pics. Four unabashed "ladyboys" brave the cattiness of female cheerleaders, the skepticism of rugby teammates, the overprotectiveness of family and the general public's open-mouthed shock to let it all hang out in a pink-and-white polka-dotted froth of girlish glee. A fun date flick for all persuasions, with sexual content limited to a few chaste kisses and endless eye-batting innuendo, kitschy curio should perform cheerily on the gay fest circuit.
