Fashion Wire Daily - Fashion Wire Daily November 16, 2004 - NEW YORK - The Michael J. Fox Foundation held a fundraiser at the New York Waldorf Astoria on Saturday night. The foundation has already funded 50 million dollars toward many hopeful avenues of research against Parkinson's Desease, a debilitating disease that can be a spiral into isolation for those that suffer it and the people they love. There is the mental isolation of dementia. There is the physical isolation of infirmity. There is for many caregivers, the sense of being overwhelmed and alone.
