Oct 19, 2005 1:38 pm - Nobody knows how to make Greek Fire. It was so devastating and destructive that the Greeks kept it a close secret for fear that it would fall into enemy hands. Eventually the secret was lost to the Greeks because so little people knew it. Since then nobody has ever been able to sucessfully recreate Greek Fire. So I doubt you could either.

Jan 18, 2006 9:46 pm - if you get a liqiud wich the fumes burn not the liquid(kerosene) then if it is hot enough to evaporate water before it touches the liquid it mixes withe fumes and makes the flame bigger

Jan 19, 2006 1:11 pm - i heard that a good (but not perfect) eqivaent to greek fire is 1 part bleach to 2 parts ammonia, but i havent tried it. also tar, bitchemen, petrol, oil and benzine heated over a fire is good ( according to the history channel)
