Getting admin rights
ok now for those of you who are gunna say "Who doesnt know that!" well; "Go away fag! why read an egg on getting admin rights if u already know how to do it!"
P.S i have checked this site 5 times and cant find this anywhere.
open "My documents" and go file>new>shortcut - then type in ’command’ without quotes. you should get a command prompt logo. if this doesnt work then you can try Run>command or if that doesnt work Run>cmd.
if u still cant get it working then... i cant help u any further. (some computers have blocks on the command shortcut)
open up MSDOS and type in ’control admintools’ without quotes this gives u a folder of admin tools; you can then click the page up key and it will take you to the control panel. have fun and remember
-Dont pass nutmeg
(^^^ saw that on a bus advertisement, thaught it sounded strage so i posted it to cofuse you....)
P.P.S
i really dont give a fuck about my spelling and grammer |

 | Sep 19, 2005 5:46 am - and if your school lets you have a command propmt without it being restricted when the computer loads in might as well say HACK THIS 5cript KIDDIES, 0* |

 | Sep 19, 2005 7:52 am - what the hell? what does this have to do with school/work admin rights? other than you need to be an admin to use these tools? |

 | Sep 19, 2005 8:22 am - My egg is much better. This doesn’t even work. |

 | Sep 19, 2005 2:33 pm - well even if u DONT have access to the command prompt, just shut down the comp, turn it back on and keep hitting f8 while its booting. select the "boot in safe mode with command prompt" option. then folo the directions above |

 | Sep 19, 2005 5:48 pm - cnat complain like ui usually do :-) |

Quote: "boot in safe mode with command prompt"
starting up in plain old dos might be a better bet, but this is still good stuff. Prompt is enabled on the computers in our C++ class room....*evil smile* |

 | Dec 22, 2005 6:08 pm - It works fine, but then again, I go to a small suburban school with only 600 people and teachers as old as sin...5 stars |

 | May 11, 2006 7:40 pm - ok dude u suck 0 stars^^ |

 | Sep 19, 2006 6:09 pm - Suks Man Lol man. You SOOOO young dude. Learn about Dos. We comp maniacs know every command. LOL to piss off yer teacher, just put his drives available online. This will allow u to change everything at home, when yer in your admin account with no time limits, then post it again, and reformat his stuff by overwriting his stuff. This will take maximum 1 week. :) |

 | Sep 19, 2006 6:10 pm - O yeah And i gav u 0 starz :) |

 | Sep 26, 2006 10:41 am - commands are blocked for students at my school and at most i believe |

 | Mar 19, 2007 5:37 am - *1. wtf? ALL school computers block command prompt, although there is a way to get around that...And a way to get to admin tools is to just go to control panel, administrative tools. But it doesn’t allow you to do anything. Plus, they don’t give you admin rights, either, just some stuff on logs and other things if you want to hack or something. |

 | Aug 03, 2008 1:54 am - ok they blocked command prompt on my schools computer
so what i did is i unplugged the ethernet cable and logged in normally
once logged in i plugged it back in and i was able to access command prompt
if this doesnt work you may have to dig in the system32 file but there is usually a hidden command prompt
