 | Jul 04, 2006 2:55 pm - hey i love lucid dreaming but i have recently turned to astral projection (OBE) and i find it amazing. i have yet to fully have an OBE (Out of Body Expierience) but i promise you it is way more interesting than lucid dreaming. if you want to know more about astral projection, then let me know |

 | Jul 04, 2006 3:58 pm - Hey, i really want to know how to lucid dream...but i dont know where to get started. plz help :) |

 | Jul 04, 2006 3:59 pm - Mezmer, he explains were to start on the egg, yet I’m confused how to actually practice Lucid dreaming. He just said to keep a journal, is that all you need to practice? |

 | Jul 04, 2006 9:50 pm - for the first week or so, just keep a journal and get better at dream recall. then once your comfortable with recalling your dreams you can move onto dream signs, etc. |

 | Jul 04, 2006 10:21 pm - I see. Do you know if there have been any cases of somebody just having way too much fun in this, and used this to escape reality? If so, do you know if it’s very common? To me, it seems like it would be. |

 | Jul 05, 2006 1:43 am - ok, does lucid dreaming work with chemically induced sleep?
and i remember reading about some goggles that make you aware of your sleep with leds, does that work and is it worth making? |

no i dont think so but im not sure, i am sure that you cannot get hurt in lucid dreaming though, physically or mentally, but you can be moved (psychologically)

im not sure.. you would have to do a lot of research. i have personally never used them and i dont recommend them because you can still lucid dream rather easily with some dedication without them |

 | Jul 05, 2006 7:20 am - yeh, i did that once, i had a dream that was getting annoying, and i made it so i had a pet spider, and it was an AWESOME spider, because it was 12 inches long/wide. The spider lived in a big web-ish thing in my floor of my room. Except the web Was my floor, like the same color and pattern as the wood. IT WAS AWESOME. I voted this group a five, becaus i am interested in learning more about how to do this, because that was the best dream ever!!!! I have 100 egg points to donate also. |

 | Jul 05, 2006 11:27 am - I’ll donate 100 eggpoints |

 | Jul 06, 2006 12:31 pm - i always had "lucid dreams" where i can control things and remember whats happening etc. also up until a few years ago all the dreams i could remember were at night or in darkness. i think i have issues LOL |

 | Jul 08, 2006 8:44 pm - technique of a stranger Hi. You don’t know me but this is a technique which i used to learn to dream lucidly. I hope it can help you, too.
You will need:
1)Windows media player
2)BrainBullet (free subliminal messaging program) here: http://rapidshare.de/file /18111345/Brain_Bullet.rar (sorry ’bout rapidshare)
3)Th s song: http://www.sonosync.com/m 3s/disc2track5.mp3
what to do:
1)Download and install Brain Bullet. it will run in your tray and display a subliminal message that flashes up once per second. Set the program to display the ’control your dreams at night’ set of messages.
(this may work on it’s own, but the other steps will amplify the process.)
2)Play the song on windows media player and set the player to display the ’chemicalnova&rsquo visualisation.
3)Pos tion the media player window so that the subliminal messages will flash onto the middle of the visualisation. Set the player to play the song on continous repeat.
4)watch for about ten minutes a day, every day. (after third day, i started occasionally having vivid, lucid dreams which i had full control over. It may take less or more time for you, i don’t know.)
(p.s. the song is played because it has a rate of 60 bpm, which is known to put you in a relaxed, almost trance-like state and more susceptible to the influence of the messages. the visualisation serves the same purpose) |
