I have found a way to turn gasoline or any other flammable liquid into a powdery form so that it can be used with solid oxidization chemicals. To do this u will need:
gasoline or kerosene (or any liquid fuel that burns)
flour
(i will explain why o use flour in a moment)
procedure:
make a mix of gasoline and flour in 1:5 or 1:4 ratio
stir mixture thoroughly until completely mixed
now yur done, the reason u have to use flour is because if u are using this in explosives the flour is unreactive and will not create dangerous chemicals, it is also easy to obtain in a very fine form and its cheap,and finally, once it catches fire the flor will instantly start baking and will harden therefore it wont create a mess everywhere(this also gives u numerous possibilities, use your imagination)
Now for the oxidizing agent we will use calcium hypochlorite which is so easy to obtain that even u aussies can get. it is

In canada u can get it very cheaply in 1kg bottles for 8$ a bottle, it is sold in a yellow noname bottle under the name of "shock choc", u can get this at any superstore or loblaws. for u aussies, u should be able to get this in any homecare or home hardware store, just look in the pool section.for americans just do the same as the aussies.grind this up and mix it with the gasoline powder in a ratio of
2 to 3 parts gas oline powder and 7 to 8 parts calcium hypochlorite powder.put in a pipe, seal ends, add fuse, have a blast.

phillydude, im 13. But it is practically impossible to turn a liquid (especially Petrol) into a powder without crystalization and or evaporation, even then this would still be hard to do this liquid.
And adding the flour will fuck everything up. the flour will screw with the petrol’s properties not to mention make it big mess.

There are fuels that are solids, powder a fuel that is solid, and use that!
