For those of you who saw my last how to make an abstract background, this is a follow up, for an even cooler looking background.
)Create a new document, of whatever size your background is.
)Make the background black.
)Use Filter>Render>Lens Flare, 4 times, 1 time in each corner.
)Next you want to make the newly made flares chrome, so click Filter>Sketch>Chrome I used Detail 8 and Smoothness 6, but experiment, to make your own wallpaper.
)Next, invert the colors by pressing CTRL-I
)Duplicate the layer, by pressing, CTRL-J
)Now go to Edit>Transform>Flip vertical, then set the blend mode, to Lighten
)Merge the layers, by pressing, CTRL-E
)Repeat step 6
)Now go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal, set blend mode to Lighten
)Merge the layers as in step 8
)Repeat step 6
)Go to Edit>Transform>Rotate 90CW, set blend mode to lighten.
