Stomach Fat:
I’m sure most of us teens have stomach fat mostly lower stomach fat... stomach fat is the hardest fat of them all to lose, for some reason nobody knows why it is the hardest to lose it just is.
Tips to Lose Stomach Fat:
Most people think the best way to lose stomach fat is to do 100\\’s of crunches and hours of working out your abs ITS NOT! All though working out your abs is good it will still be covered with a layer of stomach fat seeing as stomach fat is above your abs so it doesnt matter how many sit ups you do there will always be stomach fat on top and no one will see your abs. Your abs will still be there hard as rock and all except the won\\’t be pertruding out of your stomach.
The best way to lose stomach fat belive it or not is to eat healty stop eating bread and foods high in fats when your hungry. The best foods to eat are foods high in carbohydrates, fibre,and protein. Foods that are high in carbohydrates consist of stuff along the lines of apple sauce, dates, fruit flavored low fat yogurt, this site is helpfull for foods with high carbohydrates -

The best food for protein is meat, steak has alot of protein and so does fish.
Foods that are high in fibre are vegetables and fruits.
Now that was the easy half of losing stomach fat now is the hard part. Yes this may suck but its very important if you want to lose stomach fat. CARDIO doing alot of cardio is the best way to lose stomach fat at least 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes atleast, more is always better.
Always remember you really won\\’t see much differences in a week, it usually takes about a month to notice stomach fat loss, seeing as its the hardest to lose. Never give up always stay dertermined to lose it. Keep your selves motivated and rememeber if your minds wants to lose it your body will follow.
Now get off you lazy asses and start doing cardio!.
