ok first off didnt have any pics so ill show in text.
you need:
4 pencils
1 pen(hollowed)
an elastic band
and more ruber bands.
u need to bring the 2 pencils and band them together
so it looks like === and do the same for the next 2.
then take the 4 banded pencils make a cross T(make sure one of them is on the bottom so nothing interupts the ammo). Then band the pen to the middle. bring the ruber band and put it in to the 2 notches between the horizontal banded 2 pencils.
now tape the middle of the band u put. now pull it bak to the pen and loacd the bamboo skewerin the pen and and grab the tape to hold and pull back and fire awy! it can go through card booard soda cans and plastic

With no sort of fletchings on the projectile, it would be very hard to keep it stable at long distances, that is, if a rubber band can get it out 75-100 feet. Hardly deadly. Fairly old, and done several times before.
With my deductions, i do belive this equates to a 1. |

how close were you to the soda cans and the cardboard when you shot them? i dont think this would work that well but im not sure
also i doubt that this would go 75 ft mabey like 30 |
