Items Needed: -Rope, 30-40ft long
-Handcuffs
-Car
If your driving along and you come upon a tollbooth or are in a parking lot go to one of the manual pay stalls and give the operator $5 and take your change. Tell him he gave you too much and offer to give it back to him, when his arm is out quickly slap the handcuffs onto his wrists which are attached to the rope and drive off. Just let the rope run out of your window and let that tollbooth operation freak out for those few seconds.

Actually, it’s a variation on the fraternity initiation involving a rope, a concrete block, and your penis. You go onto the roof, and the fraternity leader ties the rope to your penis (doesn’t this sound gay, and if you’re not gay, why would you want to join such an organization?), and the other end to the concrete block. Ten he throws the block off the roof. As it turns out, the rope is so long that the block falls harmelssly to the ground, or the block is tied to a different rope than the one on your penis.

Se 15, 2007 7:15 pm - Instead of handcuffs, i think you could probably use two of those plastic cable tie things and clip em shut on their hand so you dont spend money.
