FIRST YOU NEED A GO - CART SO EITHER BUILD YOUR OWN LIKE ME OR BUY ON OR YOU CAN HIRE ONE FROM A FRIEND ( IF YOU HAE SOME) AND MAKE SOME KIND OF HOLDER FOR THE BACK OF IT THEN PUT A BUCKET INTO THE HOLDER AND FILL THE BUCKET WITH LARGE BOTTLE ROCKETS AND A LITTLE AMOUNT OF PETROL ALL OVER THE TOP OF THE ROCKET FUSES FOR AN EXTRA SPARK THEN CELLOTAPE A SPARKLER TO A STICK AND GET A FRIEND TO LIGHT THE PETROL WHILST YOU OR ANOTHER DUMB FRIEND SIT IN THE GO/BILLY - CART
YOU CAN MIX THE MATERIALS TOO LIKE MORE PETROL AND SOME SPARKLER SHAVINGS IN THE BUCKET
.P.S. : MAKE SURE THE BUCKET IS STEEL OR IT WILL MELT PLUS YOU MIGHT WANT TO WEAR EAR PLUGS!!!!!!!!!!
