Ok, so we all know theres been plenty of eggs about ringtones but none of them turned out to really be free... or they were just links with no explanation on how to work the site. So in this egg I will show you an egg on a site for free ringtones with pictures to explain how to use the site, and a video to show this site really works and to show I put time into this egg.
FIRST First you want to just go to myxertones.com Once there, you will see this
Like the picture says, make sure you click EXPLORE
NOW You will see this after you clicked EXPLORE
Once again do at the picture says (make sure that you put your search in that bar or browse the front page for the most popular or top rated)
THEN Type in the band or song or the band and song you want in the search bar...just for example i typed in stupid and got these results now look at what I circled in the picture notice FREE under one and then 99cents under the other.. there are rarely ever ones that cost money.. but there are some so make sure you dont click on any of those like this picture shows
STEP FOUR Once you click the song your interested in it will look like this, you can preview it if you want or customize it.. before you click customize make sure your number is in where i have circled in this picture
NOW You can customize the ringtone any way you want as shown and explained in the picture.
LAST Make sure you have the part of the song you want or if you dont feel like highlighting the parts like i did you can just put the time where you want it to start and stop in the little time boxes show below.. then just click the send button and follow the instructions I put in this last picture.
As promised here is a video of me visiting the site clicking the ringtones I want and playing them on the site and then playing them on my phone the way i customized and received them
Sorry if any of those pictures stretched the page...hopefully my all my links,pictures,and the video work, also the ONLY cost there may be is just for receiving a text message which who doesnt send/receive text messages and if you usually dont text messages usually only cost around 5cents if you dont include them on your regular plan.

Sep 07, 2007 3:35 pm - Also the ringtones on my phone were longer i just didnt play the full thing because I didnt want my camera batteries to go dead.
