This is not a drug egg, nowhere in this egg (aside from this headnote, do I mention drugs. It is intended to be used for the following:
This is an egg on how to make a smoking pipe using mainly a .303 shell. You WILL however, need the cup where the tobacco sits of an old pipe. mine has a hole that the mouth of a .303 shell fits in snugly. This shouldn’t take long to make either.
Step 1: Drilling You will need to drill the primer out of the 303 shell. If you can manage to press it out, or have a priming press, use this instead. Make sure the .22 shell fits snugly into this hole
Now we need to drill the .22 shell.
Drill a small hole into the middle of the .22 shell (about 1mm wide) Use a slightly larger drill to lightly bevel the drilled edge.
Step 2: completion Like I said, this doesn’t take long.
Push the .22 into the hole in the 303. Leave approximately 1cm of the .22 hanging out. mark how far it goes in with a pencil and put a few drips of superglue on it. slide it into the hole and let it set. An option is to push the .22 in on a 45* angle. I’ll explain later.
Additional Options: Seeing as the end comes off so easily, it is easy to clean and fill with water. I decided to make one with the .22 at a 45* angle so that I could fill the pipe with water and it wouldn’t trickle out. This just cools the smoke a little and makes it less harsh.
You can also push a small ball of loosely crushed tissue into the tube too, I find after a little while it collects quite a lot of unwanted soot, without decreasing the effects of the product being smoked.
Sep 11, 2007 11:34 pm - BTW, I am working on a pipe that doesn’t require the front off a pipe already, made out of bullet shells from scratch, its not finished yet though.
Sep 12, 2007 2:15 am - Just go to your local shooting range. I’m sure you could pick up a few empty rounds on the ground if its an open range, or go inside and ask people for empty rounds.
Sep 12, 2007 2:36 am - good idea, and good egg... good explanation, and you included pictures that don’t look like shit... you shouldn’t be using super glue on it though, just cause you should never use anything that produces fumes on a smoking device... but i just read through it again, and i realized that i don’t see the superglue actually being used anywhere... either way... 5*
Sep 12, 2007 2:38 am - i just read through it a final time, and see where the superglue is used... you should try to find an alternative... hot glue might work, actually
Sep 12, 2007 4:58 am - lol five, good effort and good pics, but is this used for smoking drugs? im too cool for durgs hehe, anyways i give you 5 becuase you have put efort and looks kinda cool
Sep 12, 2007 3:37 pm - Pretty cool, problem is, smoking out of copper isn’t any good, and brass is an alloy that contain copper.
5*
Sep 12, 2007 4:30 pm - For your next egg, use a .45 ACP for the "end pipe thingy"
This is a good idea, but, you forgot the saftey aspect.
DO NOT USE LIVE ROUNDS! Make sure the primers are spent. If that is a pic of the .22 LR you took apart, that is very dangerous, as the primer isnt spent.
Sep 12, 2007 4:47 pm - lol, i heard of a guy who WELDED bullets together to make a belt or something, listen to alle, the guy lost 2 fingers(and not at the same time :P) 5*
YOU FAIL!!!! .22LR DO NOT USE PRIMERS THEY’RE RIMFIRE!!! Nice wanna be suggestion though.
You retard. Alle is the king of ammunition. He knows all.
Rimfire just means the primer is in the rim, not a cap in the middle.
Also, I used a spend .22, i just forgot to take a photo of it, and had photos of broken .22 live rounds already on my pc, so i just used that. And i am working on one with a .45 acp for the end bit, Its just hard as hell without a workshop of any kind (left that shit in Australia =(
ACP is just standard .45 ammo for an automatic pistol right? If so, I have like 100 empty casings in a glass jar. Woot.
Sep 14, 2007 2:02 pm - Looks ultra nice! Go build many of them and sell them on a Marked for 5.50$ each! They sell very good! I know such stuff sells good cuz the combo of Peace/war, Gun freaks may love it too.
Nov 08, 2007 9:42 pm - I’m pretty sure I rated this egg before but maybe not since there is no comment of mine. but 5*s that may come in handy someday.
