ok hey, i no alot of u will probably already no this but im going to tell yus anyway, this sortof thing is only any good if u use myspace or have your own website.
Now first of all open a text editer, notepad or wordpad will do, and type in the following

in the place that says \\\\\\"HERE\\\\\\" type the web adress you want to be opend in the popup, o and u can also adjust the size of the popup by editing the numbers that say 628 and 333, and if u want to really piss some one off copy and paste the same thing hundreds of times so that when a friend that u asked to look at ur your myspace or website getsbombarded with popups, comments are welcome, but im just a newbie so plz dont leave crude negativity

yer HTML has been disabels so any HTML you do in comments wont acutaly work
