Okay, here I will show you a way to get games and ringtones for virtually nothing.

I know there has already been a free mobile game egg today, but in my opinion that method is risky and isn’t likely to work multiple times.

Things you need

• Mobile with internet access
• Desired game in .jar/jad format


The first step is to find a game you want.. a good place to start is google! Just google .jar games or .jad games and search for what you want.

Once you have your game file saved on your computer, go to rumkin.com/tools/sprint/ and locate the “Upload Java Midlets” form



Send To ~ This option does not work for everyone and is not needed. I will not include this in my guide

JAR File ~ Click on browse and locate your .jar/.jad file

Folder ~ Choose the folder you want the game to go in on your phone (for some reason no matter how many times I choose games.. it always goes to applications =P)

Once you have filled in the form click “Upload Midlet”



Now as it says in the picture (lol) open your phones browser and go to http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/jump.php and enter the “Jump Code” when prompted.

Your phone should now start downloading the file =D

Questions & Answer

Q. Will this cost me?

A. It will only cost you what ever your phone provider charges you to connect to the internet.

In most cases you will have some sort of net plan and this may be free.. (mines only 10c or something)

Q. Does this work for all phones?

A. As long as your phone has a browser (can connect to the internet) and can play java games you should be fine.

not sure what alltel is :P but if you can connect to the internet on it.. and can play games it should.

they used to have a compatibility page but I couldnt find it.
