I have just recently visited Niagara Falls. In Buffalo, New York...Notice the fence and bush covered in ice..In the summer you can go past the fence
On our 9 hour drive north we of course get caught in a traffic jam
Finally we get to Buffalo and the very next day we go straight to the falls...
This waterfall is part of Niagara but is not the Horseshoe Falls it is called the Bridal Veil. The chunk of ice is well over the size of a semi
We get closer to the falls
I decided it would be nice to get an Aerial View
From up top this a larger photo of the Bridal Veil it was unbelievable how the ice is just there not breaking away quickly but slowly
The Horseshoe falls from up top
Overlooking Canada where we will visit the next day.
a view with perspective
The nightlife in Canada
A beautiful casino where someone carried a gun in and shot them self because they had lost all of their money
This mighty river plunges over a cliff of shale. Niagara Falls is the second largest falls on the globe next to Victoria Falls in southern Africa.
One fifth of all the fresh water in the world lies in the four Upper Great Lakes-Michigan, Huron, Superior and Erie. All the outflow empties into the Niagara river and eventually flows over
the falls.
I hope you enjoyed your virtual visit to Niagara Falls.
