First off you get your bowl, or your pipe, or you bong, or any other device.
Now there are two ways of doing this:
Way #1: Take your device, and take you bic(or any other lighter for that matter) Make sure there is lots of Rez in your device. Then light you bic and hold it up to the rez in the bowl, and suck in so that the flame goes down the snap hole. You have do do it a few times to get the rez heated up.
Way #2: Take a tooth-pick, or a blade(knife,scissors,etc) and scrape the rez off the bowl, and make a ball of rez, after you’re done that, put the ball of rez in your pipe or bowl, and smoke it.
And thats how you get high without any weed.
