INTRO
if you dont care jump to step one. The AK-47 is a beautiful weapon it can shoot hot cold full of sand or covered in mud but it can go froever without being cleaned and this guide will show you how to clean it
diss asembly
1. get your gun ready and your cleaning kit ready
2.remove the shroud on the gun
it will look like this when its off
3.then take out the recoil spring
it will look like dat now
4.take out the bolt and roun cacher assmbley
5. here it is after it has been stripped
CLEANING
6.first we are going to clean the bolt and assmebley
you have to twist the bottom part to get it to come out
7.seperate them and get out your rag and set them on it
8. get out your kit
9.get out your cleaner
10.next spray down parts with your cleaner
11.next spray and scrub out your breech
12. put your cleaning rod together 
and dip it in hopps #9 cleaning solution
13. simple enough run it back and forth down the barrel to clean it
14.get you patches
run them down the barrel until they come out completly clean
NOTE - an AK-47 is gass operated therefore requiring NO oil NEVER put oil into your AK it will gum it up and cause it to jam
REASSMBLEY
you just do the dissasmbley steps backwards but here
15.reassmeble the bolt assmbley
16. put the assmebley back in the breech
17. replace the spring into the assmbley
this is what it looks like so far if it looks different you messed up go back and try again
18. put the shroud back on the gun it is a pain but it will go on
finished you gun will look just like it did before you ttok it apart !

I’m not big on guns but this seems like a good egg. It would be a hell of a lot better if you could spell and use proper grammar. That makes it difficult to read and understand some of what you’re saying. I’ll give three stars. |

You can own and buy an AK in most states of the U.S.
As long as it is semi-automatic it is legal to buy them in most of the states (I think California and a few others may have changed this).
Also, if it was imported to the U.S. before the 1968 Gun Control Act, it can be fully automatic and still sold and traded between civilians. |

california placed a ban on all fully automatic assault rifles. M- variants and AK- variants have to be semi auto with no way of making it fully auto buy means of aftermarket parts etc |

yeah heavy object going REALLY fast can do a shit load of damage (an ak bullet is heavy for gun standerds) even somthing that was one milligram going at the speed of light will tear your body to shreads if it hits it so think about 500 GRAMS (1000 milligrams = 1 gram) going 1/100 the speed of light

nope no oil at all you never oil somthing that gas powerd also notice how that really the only thing the bolt is thouchig is the roud the spring and the gas port all of which cause no friction thus requiring no oil

Nice weapon, it really is. I just got back from Afghanistan about 3 or 4 months ago, fell in love with the M-16, so that is the rifle I own. Over there you see AKs everywhere, because it’s legal to carry them on the streets, it’s insane. I just saw too many to want one, but still respect how beautiful the weapon is, and how it can be so beat up and still work...one of the best to date! |

In your egg,you said that you should not use oil. I would have to disagree. Yes it is a gas operated weapon,but that refers to the cycling action of the bolt carrier. Of course you would not put any oil in the gas ports. However,the rails,trigger assembly,hammer,firing pin,(anything that moves)must be oiled to function properly.Just dont over do it! A little dab will do ya! Great pictures! |
