There are 2 main ways of (read the title) the best way is to get a 500ml coke bottle fill up half 2 3/4 way full with paint and add Rennie stomach tablets or dry ice.

the best way is to empty some black powder ou t of some fire works fill up a film canister put the fuse in the top the put a ballon or small tied shopping bag filled withpaint on top. light the fuse and run like f*** and get something sprayed with paint.

So first, are you British or Canadian? Seriously you have to be one of the two. (it was the "proper" part that gave it away.
