i bet most of you people havn’t heard of Parkour, i bet most of you havn’t heard about free running, well here you can learn all about it, soon i shall have, pics, video’s, link’s, moves, and loads of other cool things too. parkour is a type of free-running, more below!!
well i guess i should start from the begging, free-running is a sport, its kinda old, created in the 1980’s in lisse, france,
it started of as a group of kids messing around’ jumping from wall to wall, leaping to post to post, and all that, then they got more serious, and relized they could make a sport out of this, they then went on to military assualt course’s trying differant moves. 2 of the most prominent kids were Sebastien Foucan and David Belle but many media articles, other websites and general practitioners are totally unaware that the art was formed and nurtured by a bigger group of people.

Feb 10, 2005 6:37 pm - free running’s awesome lol my sis and friends and such made free running t-shirts the othere day they’re pretty funny with a little stick figure jumpin fro one roof to another in mid air it’s beast! Oh and to add to the fact canada is pretty heavy on the sport and has big competitions and such somehow?
Mar 11, 2005 10:32 am - I have only recently got into parkour and think its brilliant. There is an official UK parkour website with nearly 4000 members. So it is big in the UK (where i’m from).

ar 31, 2005 12:12 pm - ya me and mah friend used to do this at my old school on mah old rickdy jungle gym.. i jumped from this red roof onto a slide like 3 feet over and had to be like 20 feet down and the slide like dnted in the middle and like broke the suports.. and no im not fat.. just the slide and shit was very old

May 13, 2005 11:56 am - also www.urbanfreeflow.com has lots of gear vids and such......thats also where the pics came from on this site. haha busted oh and they’res many tutorial step by step pics on the site to teach you.. i learned a lot surprisngly and can do a lot more now than i ever could and im working on the wall run back flip. when i perfect it i’ll post a link to a vid of it and show yall how in slow mo and wht not oh yah and FREE-RUNNING KICKS ASS
