this happened when I was in a restaurant 8 years ago.It wasn’t me or anyone I knew, but it went all around the store (a mcdonalds).It can be done in any public place,just be careful. First go to the public restrooms. If it isn’t a restaurant,take your own drinking cup with you. Fill up your cup with water and take a bath right there in the restroom.If you want,do it in a stall but make it really obvious. If you feel gutsy do it in the sink area. It baffles everyone in the whole store :)
