This is really easy to do. Go into a stall and take out about 6 feet of toilet paper. Run i under thesink until it’s a glob of mush. Now you can take it and throw it onto the cieling, walls, out the window, toilets, people.... It won’t come down for a very, very long time.
BTW, the cheapest ’sand paper’ variety works best. At least it’s good for something.
