First go find the person that you want to get revenge on lives. Then find his/her car. Lock the doors on the car. Now take a nail and slide it int the lock then hit it in with a hammer. Pry the nail out and do it to everyone one of the locks on the car (including the trunk). after you get done the locks will never be usable again and the person will have to break a window or call a locksmith to get into his/her car.
