get a few eggs and poke small holes in them with needles. place them outside in a place where bugs cant get to them for a bout a week or two. walk around and look for a car that has its door(s) unlocked. place the egg(s) under their seat. after a while it is gonna start smelling like shit!! it also works with some shrimp, fish, meat, or anything else that spoils after a while.
