put sodium in bottom of clean,dry jar pack the rest of the jar with cotton balls(the more the longer the delay the less the shorter) screw on lid moke holes on top about nail size the more you make the faster it explodes wrap in air tight bag till ready to use when ready take out of bag throw in water and get the hell outta there may take up to five minutes depending on how bad of a job you did
