If you get bored on a weekend just get a peice of cardboard and cut out the outline of a cat (or dog,penguin,so on) put tin foil where the eyes would be so they reflect off lights. make a stand by tapeing one of those paint mixing sticks to the top and letting the cat lean against it. Stick in the road at night. Cars will go around it *slowly* and even sotp and get it. one guy even ran up to it and kicked and his shoe came off.
