OK, first find a house with a newspaper just sitting on a porch. A house where some idiot went on vacation and did’t cancel delivery is good, but not in your neighboorhood, or even in your city. There are various things to do. You can fill the bag the paper is in with water, dirt, mold, or anything that smells terrible and will stain and/or make a hideous mess. When they take out the paper, they will have a surprise. Option #2: substitute the paper for porn, newsletters from hate groups, ect, to worry the person’s spouse, girl/boyfriend, or child. Also, spraypainting every page black is cool.
