Ok, if you do this with someone in the car they might die, so be careful. You need:
1. A model rocket engine keyed to a remote (Like the kind they make for the big rockets that don’t have a timer, but instead operate on a remote switch. Don’t use the kind with the really long wire. You’re looking for a genuine remote control. It might be hard to find if you don’t have a good hobby shop in town. You CAN use a timer, of course... remotes are more fun if you can find it.)
2. A large strip of metal about 2’x4’
3. A saudering iron
4. Super glue
5. A small metal strip about 1 centimeter wide and 2 inches long
Take the model rocket engine, which should be round, and wrap the large metal strip around it so that you have something like:
Metal strip Metal Strip Metal Strip
MODEL ROCKET ENGINEMetal Strip Metal S
MODEL ROCKET ENGINEMetal Strip Metal S
Metal strip Metal Strip Metal Strip
The metal strip is curled around the engine so that the engine is inside a little tube. Now super glue it on. Now take the small strip and loop it over the top of the engine tightly to secure it into the tube. Sauder the ends of the small strip to the big strip that is wrapped around.
Now shove the remote control engine into the gas intake on the car (where you gas up) so that the fire shoots into the open gas tank through the tube. Rest it against the gas tank door, which hopefully is one of those that sort of snaps shut rather tightly. Run off a bit and then hit the button. Boom, no more car.
