ok now this would be extremely stupid and dangerous for someone to do,but ill give it to you anyways.
only do this to someone if your positive your not gonna get caught,and you must really hate them.

get someones ciggaret pack and take one of their ciggarets out.make sure its the first one they grab out of the pack.
empty the tabacco out 3/4’s of the way and slide the black cat in,fuse end up.make sure you really hate someone before you do this

wtf...................... .......................... .....................why dont u just steal some porn mags and read them and take em to ther mail box every now and then to get them in trouble ...that is if they live wif there parents...............wtf
