This apartment manager was really nasty. So I got a new rubber, took it out of its package, stretched it out full length and laid it on the manager’s car’s trunk and sprinkled tomato ketchup over it.

Next time I saw him, he was very subdued, and quiet and his trunk deck was really clean! This man got the message.
