Heres what you need:

an idiot

some rubbing alcohol

a candle

what you do:

take the idiot and tell him the rubbing alcohol is water (make it look like it is by putting it into a glass or a bowl or something). tell him to soak his hand in it and then to wave it over the candle. Say that since his hand has water on it, it wont catch fire. If he’s sceptical, go to the sink or get some real water and show him how to do it. Move your hand slowly through the flame. Say "see, its that easy". when he does it, it will be funny as hell to see the look on his face when his hand is on fire. Dont worry, the rubbing alcohol will burn and not his hand, so he wont get hurt. have fun!

Or, do it in his house and have a bowl of alcohol and say, "i bet you can’t puit that candle out with all of that water." Watch his house burn down!

I know a funnier one, mix chlorine and alcohol together in a closed bottle...then shake it up.
