Get some permanent paint at your local arts and crafts place. Pour the paint into an empty soap dispenser. Put a balloon around the end of the soap dispenser and squeeze some paint into the balloon. Only squeeze in a little because you still need to add water. Throw or launch in a sling shot for best results. It leaves a nice little colorful splatter mark. Orange and purple are the best colors for this.
