Its like a portable submarine thing. I got the idea wen i was watching pirates of the carribean, but anyway...
Wat u need is a big metal box. It should be big enough for your head 2 fit in, and light enough for you to carry. It must also have no holes in it. I used a square metal flower pot but it was a tight fit. You should use a large metal box (make 1 from sheet metal or something)
Now cut a hole and cover it with glass, make sure its waterproof. This is your window, so you can see where you’re going.
Thats your submarine. To use, simply put it on your head, and walk into the water. Now you can walk around underwater, just like your on land. You should also hold a big brick or something to help you stay at the bottom. No water can get in so you wont drown.

go fishing
masturbate (no1 will c u)
cut peoples fishing line

the you wont run out of air as fast
and also, use bricks and have a 20 foot rope with a 20oz bottle so you can get the bricks back, i case if you run out of air
and also tie a rope and anoter bottle so you dont need to carry the box to the surface, and go to any diving shop and get an emergency diving air thing, it looks like an air horn but it allows you to breathe underwater, yup thats about it, i think its a good idea, with a few changes its a great idea

yes if you made it big enough. but most land plants wouldnt get enough light for photosynthesis when submerged, so theyd just go old skool respiration instead and use up your oxygen.
