Easy way past locked windows

I dont know if this will work in other countrys apart from australia but here goes....

If you want 2 get in2 a locked building without any damage ther is a easy way. Most Commercial buildings and houses in australia have windows right, and some of those windows have those turny latch thingys(its hard 2 explain but i cant post a picture) n e way the windowhas to be one of the ones with the latch in the middle and there is a window above and below.

Well all u have 2 do is push the Bottom window in slightly and gently and keep pushing and jigleing it. And while ur doing that pull the top window down. This will push the latch over the hook and release the top window.

There is a pic, but i tried it on that window and it was a lot harder(but i still got it), but its real easy 2 do it @ our school, it might b because the windows are loose.
