Get an empty deodorant can and take off the spraying mechanism. Fill the can with a mixture of bleach and vinegar. If the can holds 100ml, then fill it with 50ml of bleach and 50ml of vinegar. If the can holds 200ml fill it with 100ml of bleach and 100ml of vinegar. No matter how big the can is, fill it with equal parts of bleach and vinegar. Now put the spraying mechanism on and start spraying on someone you hate.

Or, you could put the mixture in your water gun. Aim at the person’s eyes and you may blind them.
