This egg will focus on the close-range aspect of box cracking.

1. Mozilla Firefox
2. Messenger Programs

Alright, recently within the past couple years Mozilla Firefox has actually gained some popularity.

Funny enough, that sucker is full of vunerabilities that even the simplest hacker could use to find someone’s passwords.

If you have ever saved a password before then you should know that someone can easily steal it sitting at your computer.

Tools>Options...>Privacy>+Saved Passwords>View Saved Passwords>Show Passwords>Yes

From there you can view people’s saved passwords and so forth.

Messenger programs most likely save someone’s password.

There are programs that show the passwords from someone’s windows registry.

I’m just going to go over one of them.

The one I’m going to discuss is Snadboy’s Revelation which can be downloaded as freeware.

Once you obtain that program, just hold the axis over an astertisked password to reveal the password.

and how do we get in the windows registry, or how do we look at the passwords?

Mmm.. The windows registry is a place of complex operations for people who haven’t had much experience in computers.

I would rather suggest to people that you use a program that searches through the windows registry for you.

That’s what snadboy’s revelation helps accomplish.

that is why in mozilla you should put in a master password, so that people cant do this! But it will work on most people that use Mozilla since they dont even give 1 thought that their passwords can be looked up.
