Small Engine Super Charger
If you want to increase horse power of a small engine without having to spend a lot of money. Make your own supercharger.
Materials:
1. Any kind of Circular bottle such as a gatorade bottle. (i use dasani water)
2. A tube or rubber hose.
3. Tape.
Procedure:
-Take the Bottle and cut the bottom of it off.
-Next take your tubing and tape or fasten it tight to the mouth of the bottle. Make sure it can’t come off.
-After that is done it should look like this:
How To Use:
Fasten the open bottom of the bottle to where it will get a lot of air. The whole point of the super charger is to force air into the engine very fast. Take the end of the hose and connect it right up to your carb, if your engine cant handle that, put it right next to your intake. In a lot of engines, a super charger can double or even triple the horsepower! Use this carefully because now your engine will haul ass. |

Pretty simple idea: A moveabl air scoop. Pretty clever, but ghetto. I’d put it somewhere where no one could see it. |

i dont think this will do anything for a 2 stroke the air will just go straight thru the engine and u will waste a lot of gas... also eggzecute, do u have a name on gopednation? |

what you have made is a cold air induction. a super charger uses a forced air system . you are looking at maybe a 5% horse power increase if you were going down hill with the wind at your back. 5* |

Lets see stupid idea. No filter instant engine damage. Umm oh yeah it is not a super charger it is more like an intake. And the hoe is only about an inch wide. Restriction!!! |

a supercharger/blower/turbo consists of moving blade that turn at high rpm to force air into the motor the motor will only get as much as it sucks with the method your using its not gona increase anything there is no outside force you cant be going fast enuff on a unmodified gocart engine for it to have anyimpact we’ve done a lot of R&D for this in Jr. dragsters and it dosent help any althought what does help is using a hair dryer or a small cooling fan 0* |

Dude, where I live and engine would be burn in days. Dirt does wonders for engiines, but not a bad prototype. |

good idea, but you might be better off just removing the filter, or just hooking the bottle right up to the carb, cuz that hose is pretty restricting |
