cannon lasts long different ammo

have seen a lot of eggs on how to make cannons out of tennis balls and soup cans but not how to make a good cannon that will last more than five shots.

supplyes:
pvc pipe 4 to 4 1/2 feet long and 2 to 2 1/4 inch inner diamater
a piece of pvc that fits snugley over the one above about 1 foot long
a end cap
a drill and 1/8 inch bitt

now this is simple all that you have to do is shove the end cap on the end of the four foot long pvc pipe and epoxey it into place. now shove the one foot long pipe on all the way to the end cap glue in place. in the center of the end cap take the bitt and drill a hole in the center of the cap for a fuse hole. you now have a cannon that can be used for many different applacations. take a small charge of gunpowder and place in the pvc get it all down to the back now get a tennis ball fill it up with rocks an you are now set.

different ammo for different reasons

missle launcher. to turn the cannon above into a missle launcher all you need is special ammo. take a wd40 can or any other can and break off the part where you push down the button to spray it. now take a 1/2 inch drill bit and drill it out so there is a hole where there once was the sprayer thing. (make shure the can is empty though). now here is the makeings for some rocket fule

saltpeter AKA (potassium nitrate KNO3) 1/2
sugar 1/4
corn syrup 1/4

mix all of thease togather with a little water and bake on a cookie sheet in the oven for about 45 mins
now it should look like tan playdoe (i recomend that you bake this out side in a toaster oven at about 200 degrese F)
now that you have your rocket fule bust out the bottem of the can and shove it in there till it is about 3/4 full now fill the last 1/4 up with gun powder and tape the bottem so the gun powder dose not spill out. place in cannon top end first and light when the rocket fule runs out it will explode.

smoke bomb launcher
use the same steps above to open can and fill with kno3 and sugar mix add a fuse to th top of the can down into the kno3 and sugar mix glue it in place. place about 3 table spoons of gun powder in the cannon then place the smoke bomb in the cannon fuse end down. light and the gun powder will light the fuse of the smoke bomb and send it in the desired direction.(smoke bomb mix is 60% kno3 40% sugar put the two into a container and shake well)

iam shure that you can think of other ammo typs for this great cannon. have fun

just a little thing to think of take the wd40 can and fill it up half way and the other half with gun powder put a fuse in load the cannon with the gun powder light the fuse on the wd40 drop it in the cannon and tigt the cannon fuse and tou have a flash bang rpg make sure the fuse on the wd40 is a slow burning one

hey if somebody needs the recipie for black powder or other goodies i have a book from the millitary that has EVERYTHING from exlosives to bombs.Just for things like this.I rate a 5
