Aug 09, 2005 3:58 pm - ya you can run them backwords but it is extremaley illigal you would have to fix it before they come and read it. but ya a hell of a magnet would work like ones you would find at a machine shop the rilly strong ones.

Aug 18, 2005 9:27 am - Actually, you’re allowed to remove the lockout tag and remove the entire meter, as this is the only way, short of disconnecting the line at the pole, to turn off the electricity to install a new electrical panel. So, if you cut off the tag, you can remove the cover, and pull out the meter. It plugs in like a big, funny-looking plug.
