Screensaver Problems: If your friend is running windows 98 get a picture of "it is now safe to turn off your computer" and set it as screensaver.

If he isnt simply get a picture of the windows XP login Screen, whether it will be the windows logo or the names part and set that as his screensaver.

Computer frozen:Screenshot his desktop se that as his wallpaper and hide icons by right clicking and un-checking show desktop icons.

If you have a long time on his computer change his homepage to "gayporn.com"

you can also replace the values of webpages e.g

say his browser was google.com change its variable to Gayporn.com or something like that =)
