Alright, what you need:

1. Methyl Alcohol (If you cant get this than you can use PURE alcohol for liquors or RUBBING alcohol)
2. Water
3. Bowl

Mix the alcohol with an equal amount of COLD water in bowl. Now to see the flames you must turn off lights or be in dark. Dip your hand in the fire and it should catch fire. It will feel fin for about 1 sec then start to burn. If you used isotropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or ethyl (alcohol in liquor) than it will burn hotter. Put the fire out by smothering with other hand. A cool thing to do is use a spoon and dip into liquid and pour some of it into the palm of your hand. You can let it run through your fingers but it will burn. Another cool thing to do is to take a medicine dropper and spray some of the liquid. It looks like a flamethrower. You can also spray it on the counter and let it run down and it looks lit a waterfall of FIRE!

Haven’t tried this, and wont... ’Cause it’s FUCKIN’ dangerous! Methanol may pass through the skin and get into your blood... And then u’re likely to get blind and/or die. It sure works... But please don’t try it.
