first get out your white pages book and search up a number to call. me and my friends actually did this. call that number an tell them this:

You: Hey this is Jared from the radio station 105.3, and you have just been randomly selected to win $50! All you need to do is answer this simple question-- what is the capital of Spain?

victi uhmm. uh. let me get my atlas. ITS MADRID!

you: thats right!! you have just won $50! now if you just give me your adress I can send you the $50.

when they give you their adress, send them a dead rat!
