Do you know those genarators that control the traffic lights at roadworks sometimes they are left open and you can change the lights by turning all the knobs left for red on both sides and all right for both green. me and my mates done it at the top of a hill we put both sides at red and the people where sitting there for about half an hour because they couldnt see over the hill.we threw eggs at the people .another time we changed them both to green 2 guys that thought they were boy racers one in a modded supra and the other in a micra (lol) crashed into each other a fucker. both cars where right offs but the guys where o.k

Sometimes they get left open and sometimes you can PRY them open...
