Here is part to to my guide "How to work a purse".
A helpful way to practise what I am discussing here is to either use a store dumy or a partener to try these out before you use them. If you lack either then another way to do this is to place a chair on a table in front of you and hang the purse from one of the sides, usually the right side since thats where woman most offten carry their bags.
Net Bags
Dangler
These types of bags usually either have a flap or zipper, and some times bother. The ones that have bother aren’t that bad since the flap usually doesn’t have a button. Simply manuver yourself behind your mark and ease your hand under the flap, then unzip the bag. Net bags don’t make a lot of noise and sometimes tend to be bulky so the mothion won’t be felt. After the slide your hand in and remove the wallet.
Shoulder Bag
This kind of bag is tricky, although sometimes the mark will add a longer strap to it making it, in effect, a dangler. Otherwise this sort of bag is firmly set in your mark’s armpit. Depending on the bag sometimes the top of this kind of purse is left open with no clasp, meaning you can spirt the wallet out if you have enough room to get your fingers in. Otherwise this is a case where you should use a box cutter to cut open the back of the bag and remove the wallet through the slit. Keep an eye out for some women who, rather than carry a wallet use the pockets of these bags to carry money and cards. They usually keep these in a outter pocket that they can easily get to. This means you can too. Also stealing a cell phone from this kind of bag is a snap since the pouch for it is usually right on the back.
Fanny Pac
This one is just as easy as picking a pocket, cause it actually is. Best part of all its a removeablepoceket, if you are fast enough or have a good team together. if so simply press up against your mark, unbuckle the pac and either make tracks or pass it off. Sometimes, much like with wallets, the mark will steal "feel" the bag so they won’t even know. Otherwise stick to the ones worn slightly to either side, then, masking your hand, unzip the large compartment slowly and remove the cash or wallet.
Clutch Purse
Dangler
This one can be tricky or not, depending. Much like the shoulder bag this one is full of pockets and might not have a wallet at all. Jsut keep your eyes open, although if she is just using the bag odds are its the bag pouch, which has a money holder and card slots. Otherwise its in the big compartemnt which is the middle zipper. As always zip slowly, but fimrly and you’ll be okay. If the bag is not on a strap then you got your work cut out for you, cause a clutch bag also has handles she can hold. This means either a careful cut or wait until she sets it down.

very good but another tip to un do zipers is to move with the person and only unzip while the bag is swinging foward |
